mindOpen Contributor Information

mindOpen is a space for people to discover spiritual wellness, conscious living, holistic practices and anything else that helps expand the mind, open the heart and heal the soul.  Contributors are invited to offer experiences, workshops, talks, activities, performances, music, holistic products, or anything else that aligns.  This is a great opportunity to gain exposure among a targeted audience who are interested in what YOU have to offer.




Each Contributor will receive a designated space within a 3 x 3m frame. This is yours to decorate how you wish. The front of the frame will be decorated, unless you submit a request to do something else and receive approval.


  • Regular Designated Space (middle stall) - $155

  • Corner Designated Space (end of row, 2 frontages) - $188

  • Joint Designated Space (max 2 Contributors, by request only) - Stall price + $77

  • Trestle Table: $10

  • Extra Chairs: $5

For Service/Experience Contributors:

  • As a Service contributor,  you are invited to offer a unique, immersive experience for guests. We can help brainstorm with you if you need ideas on how to elevate your guest experience. 

  • These experiences will be free for guests as mini/drop in experiences. For example, a free 2-5 min massage, a mini self love small group workshop or intuitive tarot reading)

  • You can also offer booking slots for Deeper Dive paid experiences. For example 20 minute massage, one on one self love workshop/healing,  in depth tarot reading, etc.

  • You must participate for the full 8 hours of the event.

  • There must be at least one person manning your space at all time (i.e when you are offering a Deeper Dive Experience, there must be someone to welcome people to your space)

  • You must have public liability insurance

  • Profile pic and bio for us to share on social media

  • Cross promotion of our event shared across your networks

What we offer our Contributors:

  • 3x3 framed designated area that you are free to design as you wish

  • A chance to earn your Space fee back (see below)

  • Featured posts on our social media channels

  • Feature in our newsletter

  • Professional photographer/videographer to get shots of your Space, a profile photo, and video testimonials from guests for you to keep/use.

  • Opportunity to participate in a competition/giveaway to gain exposure

  • Offer sessions for a fee to help cover your Space fee.

  • A booking portal for people to pre-book Deeper Dive experiences with you through the ticketing process (all pre-bookings are subject to a 15% commission)

  • An opportunity to connect with an engaged audience of 250 potential customers and offer them a unique experience to increase their chances of booking with you!

  • An intimate community of 250 people and only 20 vendors, none of whom will be offering the exact same service as you

  • A digital event guide featuring a profile of all Contributors. We will also create a profile on our webpage and social media.


Earn your money back!! 

It is expected, as a contributor, that you promote mindOpen across your networks to help make the event a success! As a bonus, we will offer you a rebate on your Space Fee if you successfully refer 25 guests who buy a ticket to mindOpen through your affiliate ticket link before the day of the event (door sales do not count). 


Featured Experiences

If you would like to offer a featured experience on the main stage or do a Talk in the Speakers Quarters, you can book in a time slot for $50. This will help you drive traffic to your designated space and gain awareness for your business.  Please note, any time you are away from your Designated Space, you must have someone in the Space to offer the experience in your absence.
